Resultados: Se halló que el conocimiento sobre atención estomatológica de pacientes diabéticos tipo 1 y 2 en estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego es bueno con 8.40%, regular con 54.62% y malo con 8.40%. En cuanto al sexo las mujeres obtuvieron un nivel de conocimiento regular con 54.40% y los hombres con 55.17%. Conclusión: El conocimiento sobre atención estomatológica de pacientes diabéticos tipo 1 y 2 en estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego es regular con un 54.62%, siendo el 9no ciclo y los hombres con mayor nivel de conocimiento.

Materials and Methods: This research was observational, cross-sectional. 119 stomatology students from the 7th to the 10th cycle were evaluated where a questionnaire was used, resulting in a validity of 0.990625 and a reliability of 0.8033. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied for the analysis of the results. Results: It was found that the knowledge about dental care of type 1 and 2 diabetic patients in dental students of the Antenor Orrego Private University is good with 8.40%, regular with 54.62% and bad with 8.40%. Regarding sex, women obtained a regular level of knowledge with 54.40% and men with 55.17%.
