La Morgue ubicada dentro de la ciudad de Piura, se encuentra actualmente en un estado precario tanto a nivel de infraestructura como a nivel de servicio, a pesar de las haber recibido propuestas a la entidad encargada (Ministerio Público) para su renovación. La propuesta de investigación surge en respuesta a una serie de carencias relacionado a los conceptos arquitectónicos que giran en torno a la tipología de edificación, no solo del servicio brindado a la población, lo cual ha generado malestar en la población, como también la carente implementación de ambientes arquitectónicos. Además de las consecuencias psicológicas generadas en las familias de los fallecidos a causa de muertes por circunstancias específicas. El presente informe tiene la finalidad de analizar los conceptos girados en torno a estas interrogantes con el fin de buscar soluciones ,mediante casos referenciales e ideas innovadoras , con la posibilidad de crear un centro de investigación y un área legal que ayude a disminuir los efectos psicológicos negativos que producen estos procesos llevados a cabo dentro de la institución y a su vez establecer variantes que permitan un desarrollo positivo para así, a partir de nuestro aporte, brindar a la población un servicio de Calidad. |

This research proposal arises in response to a series of deficiencies related to the architectural concepts surrounding the building typology, not only in the service provided to the population, which has caused dissatisfaction among the population, but also in the lack of implementation of architectural environments. Additionally, there are psychological consequences experienced by the families of the deceased due to deaths under specific circumstances. This report aims to analyze the concepts revolving around these issues to seek solutions through reference cases and innovative ideas, with the possibility of creating a research center and a legal area that helps to reduce the negative psychological effects produced by these processes carried out within the institution, and at the same time establish variants that allow for positive development.
