El análisis fue descriptivo y usó el Chi Cuadrado para evaluar relación. Resultados: 90.6% fueron mujeres, 59.4% mayores de 40 años; 81.2% con posgrado, 46.9% con más de 10 años de servicio, 59.4% mostró adherencia a la higiene de manos. Los factores institucionales favorables 93.7% accesibilidad a infraestructura; 75% capacitaciones continuas; 93.7% existencia de material educativo y 100% existencia de mensajes sensibilizadores; y aspectos poco favorables 40.6% no hay reconocimiento por cumplimiento; 65.6% existencia de directivos no sensibilizados, 87.5% pacientes no informados. Conclusión: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre factores institucionales accesibilidad a la infraestructura, capacitación, mensajes de sensibilización continua y reconocimientos por cumplimiento con la adherencia a la HM (P<0.05). No se encontró relación con las variables sociolaborales

It was a descriptive, cross-sectional study that used an observation form to measure adherence and a questionnaire, adapted from the WHO Multimodal Strategy, for socio-laboral and institutional factors. The analysis was descriptive and used the Chi Square to evaluate the relationship. Results: 90.6% were women, 59.4% over 40 years old; 81.2% with postgraduate studies, 46.9% with more than 10 years of service, 59.4% showed adherence to hand hygiene. Favorable institutional factors 93.7% accessibility to infrastructure; 75% continuous training; 93.7% existence of educational material and 100% existence of awareness messages; and unfavorable aspects 40.6% there is no recognition for compliance; 65.6% existence of non-sensitized managers, 87.5% uninformed patients. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship between institutional factors accessibility to infrastructure, training, continuous awareness messages and recognition for compliance with adherence to HM (P<0.05).
