Para en análisis estadístico se usó la prueba de Chi Cuadrado considerándose significativo un valor p < 0,05 y factor de riesgo para un OR > 1. Resultados: La frecuencia de antecedente de SOP en embarazadas con hipertensión gestacional fue de 6,76 % (n = 5) y en aquellas sin hipertensión gestacional 0,68 % (n = 1). El antecedente de SOP evidenció ser factor de riesgo para hipertensión gestacional (valor p = 0,029; OR = 10,652; IC = 95 %: 1,221 – 92,922). Conclusión: El SOP es factor de riesgo para hipertensión gestacional.

For the statistical analysis the Chi square test was used, a p value <0.05 and a risk factor for an OR> 1 being considered significant. Results: The antecedent frequency of PCOS in pregnant women with gestational hypertension was 6.76% (n = 5) and in those without gestational hypertension 0.68% (n = 1).
