description Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en docentes de tres instituciones educativas en tiempos de COVID-19, Trujillo 2021. Material y Método: El estudio de corte prospectivo, descriptivo y transversal incluyó un total de 98 docentes de tres instituciones educativas estatales de la ciudad de Trujillo. Se utilizó un cuestionario virtual validado por juicio de expertos (V Aiken: 1.00) y con una fuerte confiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbrach: 0.778). Resultados: Se encontró que el 50% de los docentes presenta un nivel de conocimiento alto y el otro 50% un nivel regular. Según las dimensiones del nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal, se encontró que presentaron mayormente un nivel alto con respecto a las medidas preventivas en salud bucal (65%) y enfermedades bucales (67%); mientras que con respecto al desarrollo dental (68%), un nivel regular. Según sexo, el nivel predominante en el femenino es regular con 52%; mientras que en el masculino es alto con 52%. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en docentes de tres instituciones educativas de Trujillo es predominantemente alto y regular.
