What happens when the trial judge, in accordance with Article 374, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, informs the parties of the possibility of ruling for a different and less serious crime than the accused, at which point the following question arises: Is it necessary to regulate the anticipated conclusion of the oral trial disassociating the legal qualification of the accusation of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Peruvian criminal procedure law?
