Para determinar la relación entre la posición del incisivo inferior y dimensiones sinfisiarias con la clase esquelética en sujetos con distinto patrón facial vertical se recogió la información que fue procesada por tablas estadísticas, utilizando el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para determinar la relación entre las variables y en cuanto a las comparaciones se utilizando Kruskal -Wallis y la prueba de U de Mann-Whithey. Se consideró un nivel de significancia del 5%. Los resultados nos permiten concluir que existe diferencia entre la relación de la posición del incisivo inferior y dimensiones sinfisiarias con clase esquelética en sujetos con distinto patrón facial vertical.

The present work is prospective, transversal, descriptive and observational. The work refers to a radiological center in Trujillo and includes a total of 174 lateral radiographs. To determine the relationship between the position of the lower incisor and symphysial dimensions with the skeletal class in subjects with different vertical facial patterns, information was collected that was processed by statistical tables, using the Spearman correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between the variables and As for the comparisons, Kruskal-Wallis and the Mann-Whithey U test were used.
