Para la investigación, se plantea como objetivo principal mejorar la productividad del proceso de ejecución en la subpartida de asentado de muros de ladrillo del proyecto fábrica Llampayec, ubicado en Lambayeque. La investigación por su finalidad es de tipo aplicativa y de acuerdo a la técnica de contrastación es descriptiva. Para medir la productividad durante la ejecución de la obra, se aplicó la Carta Balance de la metodología de Lean Construction, como herramienta evaluadora y de control periódico en el avance de trabajos productivos, contributorio y no contributorio. La información obtenida en campo, se ha procesado y analizado, determinando los índices de la productividad en el desarrollo de cada una de las actividades correspondiente a los trabajos, mediante la técnica de observación y documentación en campo, con los que se elabora el diagrama de flujo de la metodología Lean Construction; identificando de esta manera la actividad de acarreo de materiales, como la actividad vinculante principal a la actividad de asentado de ladrillo. Realizando un comparativo de rendimientos obtenidos en campo, con los rendimientos estandarizados de CAPECO. Con lo obtenido y teniendo en cuanta el metrado que falta ejecutar, se plantean las estrategias de mejora, con la mejor distribución del personal según su desempeño y la implementación de charlas de control-motivacional. Evidenciándose con la aplicación de la Carta Balance la mejora de la productividad en la ejecución de la partida de asentado de muros de ladrillos |
