description La tesis pretende adecuar una Metodología de Planeamiento Estratégico de Sistemas de Información para Instituciones Educativas de Nivel Primario y Secundario de Trujillo-La Libertad, con el fin de encontrar las principales falencias y aciertos que tienen las instituciones educativas, y lograr la automatización de los principales procesos para la ejecución de las actividades, teniendo en cuenta que no se puede implementar nuevos sistemas sin antes conocer la realidad de las necesidades.Todo esto se realiza mediante la aplicación de una metodología de planeamiento estratégico de sistemas de información para instituciones educativas, que nos permite identificar las estrategias de negocio. La información necesaria para la aplicación de la metodología de Planificación estratégica de sistema de información se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas principalmente. La estructura de la tesis consta de cuatro capítulos; en el primer capítulo tenemos el marco teórico, sobre Planeamiento Estratégico de sistema de Información y análisis de metodologías como BSP – IBM, SISP, PESI. En el segundo capítulo tenemos la metodología adaptada y utilizada para el desarrollo de la tesis. En el tercer capítulo tenemos los resultados, de la aplicación de la Metodología de Planeamiento Estratégico de Sistemas de Información para Instituciones Educativas, Nivel Primario y Secundario de Trujillo-La Libertad. En el cuarto capítulo tenemos la de la hipótesis.

En el cuarto capítulo tenemos la de la hipótesis.The thesis aims to bring a Methodology for Strategic Planning of Information Systems for Educational Institutions Primary and Secondary Level Trujillo-La Libertad, in order to find the main shortcomings and successes with educational institutions, and achieve automation of the main processes for the implementation of activities, taking into account that it can not implement new systems without knowing the real needs. All this is accomplished by applying a methodology for strategic planning of information systems for educational institutions that allows us to identify business strategies. The information required for the application of the methodology of strategic planning information system was obtained by conducting surveys and interviews mainly. The structure of the thesis consists of four chapters; In the first chapter we have the theoretical framework, Strategic Planning and Information system analysis methodologies as BSP - IBM, SISP, ISSP. In the second chapter we have the methodology adapted and used for the development of the thesis.
