description El presente trabajo de tesis, propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Terminal Terrestre Interprovincial, Nacional e Internacional el cual permita el ordenamiento urbano de la ciudad de Piura. Para ello, se realizaron trabajo de análisis teóricos y arquitectónicos de acuerdo a los requerimientos, incluyendo información bibliográfica de investigación, casos de analogía, normativas y documentos específicos relacionados con el presente trabajo (dinámica poblacional y características urbanas como población, sociedad y cultura), los cuales permitirán encontrar soluciones viables. ¿Para qué? Para alcanzar la propuesta, la cual es la edificación del terminal terrestre, con lo cual permita solucionar un problema vigente de la ciudad, y que conlleve a contribuir el progreso de la población, se han desarrollado una serie de fases de investigación las cuales proporcionaron insumos importantes para la propuesta del presente trabajo. Por otro lado, la investigación del contenido anterior determina la aplicación de los estándares arquitectónicos que se utilizarán. La investigación se llevará a cabo a lo largo de este informe, y se identificará a través de las interpretaciones, creando un marco teórico que incluya la naturaleza de los cambios mostrados y las áreas de apoyo para que esta información pueda usarse para crear un terminal en la ciudad de Piura, además de esclarecer como será eventualmente este tipo de edificación a nivel regional y urbano

Theoretical and architectural analyzes were carried out according to the requirements, including bibliographic research information, analogy cases, regulations and specific documents related to the topic (population dynamics and urban characteristics such as population, society and culture), which will help find viable solutions. To achieve the objective of the building proposal with the conclusion of solving the problem, in addition to contributing to the progress of the local population, a series of research phases were followed that resulted in this project. Researching the above content determines the application of architectural standards to be used.
