El distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera está considerado entre los cuatro distritos más poblados de la provincia de Trujillo, alcanzando aproximadamente 81 494 habitantes. Pues, la III Comandancia Departamental de La Libertad tiene a cargo 13 compañías de bomberos, destacando a la Compañía de Bomberos N°224 Víctor Larco Herrera. Actualmente la compañía funciona con ambientes temporales de material rústico ineficientes para albergar a las diversas brigadas de bomberos. Cabe resaltar que, para desempeñar sus funciones y actividades, inicialmente un grupo reducido de bomberos estaban en horario diurno y nocturno. Posteriormente, mediante gestiones de los encargados en la Compañía de Bomberos, han permitido adquirir donaciones. Por otro lado, ante la ausencia de ambientes equipados para capacitaciones, se gestionan cursos para que se dicten en alguna universidad, colegio o en otras compañías del departamento de La Libertad, con la finalidad de tener bomberos altamente capacitados para atender cualquier tipo de emergencia. Es por eso que se plantea este proyecto diseñado bajo la arquitectura bomberil que cubra las necesidades del distrito mediante una adecuada infraestructura que permita implementar espacios confortables para recibir sus capacitaciones y desarrollar sus actividades de acuerdo a la tipología. |

The III Departmental Command of La Libertad is in charge of 13 fire companies, highlighting The Fire Company No. 224 Víctor Larco Herrera. Currently, the company operates with temporary environments made of rustic material that are inefficient to embrace many fire brigades. It should be noted that, to carry out their functions and activities, initially a small group of firefighters were working during the day and night. Subsequently, the efforts in charge at the Fire Company, have made it possible to acquire donations. On the other hand, the lack of equipped environments for training, courses are managed to be given lesson in a university, college or any other company in the department of La Libertad, with the aim of having highly trained firefighters to respond to any type of emergency.
