El siguiente proyecto de tesis fue escogido por tener una temático de servicio comunal y por representar a la población de Huanchaco. El tema de crear un Centro Parroquial para el balneario de Huanchaco se ha tocado a lo largo de 20 años, pero no ha podido realizarse debido a la carencia de interés por parte de la comunidad religiosa, para ello se analizó un terreno dispuesto para este uso y se determinó que un proyecto de esta naturaleza impulsaría a la población a la cercanía con Dios de manera social y con actividades de ayuda al prójimo. Debido a esto se planteó como principal objetivo diseñar un Centro Parroquial, anexo a la iglesia Virgen del Socorro de Huanchaco, que esté basado en conceptos básicos sobre arquitectura religiosa, así como también cumpla su función como institución educativa, ayudando a la difusión de la religión en el balneario de Huanchaco. En este informe se presentará la fundamentación del porque se debe crear, diseñar y construir un Centro Parroquial para Huanchaco junto con las especificaciones técnicas y los planos de especialidades diversas. |

The issue of creating a Parish Center for Huanchaco has been touched over 20 years, but it has not been able to be carried out due to the lack of interest on the part of the religious community, for this purpose a land arranged for this use was analyzed and it was determined that a project of this nature would promote the population to the closeness with God in a social way and with activities to help the neighbour. Due to this, the main objective was to design a Parish Center, annexed to the Virgen del Socorro church in Huanchaco, which is based on basic concepts of religious architecture, as well as fulfilling its function as an educational institution, helping the dissemination of religion in Huanchaco.
