La población la conformó 113 pacientes, cuyas edades estuvieron comprendidas entre 18 y 35 años con pacientes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Para la recolección de la información en el presente estudio se elaboró un instrumento donde se registrarán preguntas sobre los hallazgos asociados a la exodoncia de terceros molares. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron las siguientes: existe relación entre el grado de dificultad y el tiempo efectivo en la exodoncia de terceros molares inferiores en pacientes de Cirugía Maxilofacial de la Clínica Estomatológica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en el año 2014. El tiempo promedio de cirugía efectiva de la exodoncia del tercer molar inferior en pacientes de Cirugía Maxilofacial de la Clínica Estomatológica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en el año 2014 fue de 33.67 minutos con una desviación estándar de 14.51 minutos. |

To gather information in the present study an instrument where questions about the findings associated with third molar removal will be recorded was developed. The conclusions that were reached were: there is a relationship between the degree of difficulty and time effective in removal of third molars in patients Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatology Clinic of the University Private Antenor Orrego in 2014.
