Los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que el 59.1% del personal de enfermería presentó un nivel bueno conocimiento y el 40.9% un nivel regular. Referente a la actitud el 68.2% del personal de enfermería presentaron actitudes adecuadas y el 31.8% una actitud inadecuada. Asimismo, existe relación estadística significativa entre nivel de conocimiento y la actitud sobre bioseguridad [p: 0,005; p <0.05].

The results obtained allowed us to conclude that 59.1% of the nursing staff presented a good knowledge level and 40.9% a regular level.
