Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva entre la correcta aplicación del programa y la efectividad de las medidas de protección, destacando la importancia de una coordinación adecuada entre ambas instancias. Como conclusión, se enfatiza la necesidad de garantizar la correcta implementación del programa nacional para asegurar la protección integral de las víctimas y testigos en el sistema judicial del Distrito Judicial del Santa en el año 2023.
