Sumario: | This research was conducted at the Hospital ESSALUD Tarapoto II, outpatient Pre - Natal Care, period January- May 2015. Aimed: To determine the quality of care as Expectations and perceptions of pregnant women during prenatal care Obstetrics Outpatient. Not experimental, quantitative, descriptive correlational, cross-sectional Cohort study, the population sample consisted of 169 pregnant women who Participated voluntarily in the research and development of the technique used was a Survey. The results were: pregnant women in the study who received prenatal care in the Outpatient clinics of Obstetrics Hospital II essalud - Tarapoto , were characterized as The age group of 20 and 30 with 90 ( 50.3 % ) , grade of instruction university higher With 62 ( 36.7 % ) , marital status cohabitant of 102 (60.4 % ) of Catholic 127 ( 75.1 % ) , mostly employed occupation 75 ( 44.4 % ) of urban origin 132 (78.1%) . In Relation to service most were treated at the clinic of Obstetrics 89 ( 52.7 % ) served By professional obstetrician with 89 ( 52.7 % ) , according to type of user service Mostly successors 117 ( 69.2 %). 100 % of pregnant women have a good Expectation in all dimensions of quality of care. 74.6% ( 126 ) and 64.5 % ( 109 ) of Pregnant perceived quality smooth running of empathy and tangle dimensions Respectively , followed by 77.5 % ( 131 ) 66.3 % ( 112 ) 56.8 % ( 96 ) they perceived Quality regular attention in the dimensions of reliability , security projection and Prompt the user to answer. In conclusion, the quality of service through satisfaction has a significant relationship With perceptions of pregnant women treated at the outpatient clinic of Obstetrics Hospital II essalud – Tarapoto.
