La muestra fue de tipo no probabilístico con un total de 128 encuestados, donde se empleó un cuestionario digital. Los resultados reflejan un alto porcentaje de no aplicación correcta de la normativa para la solicitud y posterior entrega de ayuda humanitaria. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que existe una falta de conocimiento y aplicación de la normativa, así como su interpretación para la entrega de BAH dejando desamparados y vulnerables los afectado por distintos tipos de desastres.
