The schemes for classifying skin and soft tissue infections (SSTI) present limitations for the health team. In this context, the function of the pharmaceutical chemist is important, because it is the professional who directly has the highest relation with the medicines, because it has knowledge farmacotécnicos, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, etc., as well as capacity to lead personnel. The skin infections and soft parts represent, then, a heterogeneous group of pathologies that are usually produced by Staphylococcus aureus and by Streptococcus streptococci, in general of the groups A, C and G of Lancefield, appearing those of the group B Mainly in diabetics and in elderly patients. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the treatment scheme of skin and soft tissue infections, of the plastic Surgery Service of the national Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2015. For which information was searched through the PubMed base where the published evidence review was carried out, using the system of recommended grades in clinical guides of the Society of Infectology of America-Public health Service Of the USA. Concluding that the treatment schemes of skin infections and soft parts, the plastic surgery service of the national Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2015 have much resemblance to the schematics posed by the guide of clinical Practice Argentina
