The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of social isolation on the quality of life of the users of the Centro Adulto Mayor – Cartavio, 2021. I work with the deductive, statistical and basic type method, with a quantitative approach, of a non- experimental correlational design. , extracted the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, analyzed 30 CAM users. Results, social isolation was located in the middle with 53.30%, followed by its dimensions of perception of social support, use of new technologies and social participation index, at the same level with 56.70%, 60% and 46, 70% high, respectively. Regarding the quality of life, it was located in the middle with 60%, and the physical, psychological health, interpersonal relationships and environment dimensions in the middle with 60%, 50%, 60%, 53.30 and 70%. Conclusion, a Pearson consequence of -0.687 was obtained, which indicates a moderate inverse consequence, and a sig. bilateral less than 5%, that is to say that social isolation negatively influences the quality of life of the users of the Cartavio 2021 Senior Center where social support and participation from family members is evident.
