This research study was conducted in the Penitentiary of Men - Trujillo, which aims to raise awareness of the influence of family violence criminal acts, this work has been conducted with a sample of 20 inmates. Through research it has been possible to know, through the testimony, facts, events that occur during the development of the report as well as qualitative and quantitative data, for which use was made of methods and techniques such as observation, interview, survey, social cards, by which we can know the prison reality besides having recourse to the bibliography to address the issue of family violence and their influence on criminal acts committed by internal flag F1 Penitentiary Boys Trujillo. The first chapter deals with the theoretical framework where the problematic reality, history, theoretical bases, the conceptual framework and it is the problem, assumptions and objectives of the research shows. In the second chapter the methods and techniques used in the third chapter presents the results presented. In the fourth chapter the discussion of results is presented. In addition to the conclusions, recommendations and annexes they are presented. Given the results obtained it indicated that family violence has influenced criminal acts of inmates. For the come from homes where they have been violated in various ways, which has shown a lack of norms, values that has led to them being young people choose to express a negative and criminal behavior which led them to be held in the Penitentiary Boys Trujillo "El Milagro".
