Sumario:The aim of this study was to classify adverse reactions during the chemotherapy with CDDP (Cisplatin) in patients with cervical cancer, the present research work is descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective. Information was collected from the pharmacotherapeutic follow up sheets of patients with cervical cancer from the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - North (IREN - North) of the Oncology Mixtures Unit; All patients received the Cisplatin treatment regimen for a maximum of 6 cycles during the January-December period of 2015. Adverse reactions were classified by frequency, organ system, and severity according to WHO. The most frequent adverse reaction during treatment was anemia (20%), followed by nausea, vomiting, hepatotoxicity, thrombocytosis and pain (12%). The most affected organ systems were: the hematological system (40%), followed by gastrointestinal (32%), hepatobiliary (12%), neurological (12%) and muscular (4%) disorders. Finally, due to their severity, they were moderate and mild in 64% and 36%, respectively
