This thesis report: LABOR AND SOCIO-CULTURAL INSERTION OF PERUVIAN IMMIGRANTS OF THE SAN SIMON-UNITED STATES CAPITAL ASSOCIATION OF TORINO'S CITY - ITALY, as a result of a social fact from the description and analysis of the ways of life of a group of immigrants residing in the city of Torino. In this way the theoretical and ethnographic aspects are taken into account according to the demands of the research. The problem of migration is a fact that has been marked and continues to mark transcendence at an economic, social, political and cultural level both in the country of origin and destination. In this way, millions of Peruvians have found new opportunities abroad, in the case of this research, in Torino, a city that has welcomed miles of Peruvians to insert in the world of work, which usually occupy women in the domestic sector. However, the insertion also refers to the socio-cultural aspects, which has become an adequate relationship of assimilation and adaptation in the receiving society, of which the immigrant, in connection with their networks, has been able to engage with theirs to recreate and strengthen their original culture and create a new cultural identity.
