Sumario: | The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of identifying how family conflicts influence the work environment of Tank's Peru employees assigned to UPAO CAMPUS, Region la Libertad. Year 2017. In order to address and learn about this problem, the research was located in the company TANKS PERU. The research is based on the Quantitative - Qualitative Methodological Approach. The sample population was 52 collaborators of the company Tanks Peru assigned to UPAO CAMPUS. Family conflicts directly influence the work environment, resulting in inadequate service provision, dissatisfaction and monotony among employees. For the present study, the employees assigned to the Unit of UPAO Campus 2017 were taken into account. For the study of this problem, the investigation reveals the reality in which the problem under study is developed, the definition of the variables to be studied; under the approach of the problem, as well as the hypothesis and the objectives on which the investigation is based; In the same way, the theoretical approaches used in the intervention with the collaborators are developed, the methodology used in the present investigation is developed, where the methods, techniques, instruments and the population under study are presented, the results obtained from the research are shown , family conflicts directly influence the work environment by bringing inadequate service provision, dissatisfaction and monotony in the collaborators and finally, the analysis and discussion of the results of the research is developed. Likewise, the conclusions reached in this investigation are presented and recommendations are made in turn. |
