The results obtained from the analyzes were: appearance, round shaped tablet with central groove on one of its sides. Orange color with whitish and more intense orange color scores; for the mass uniformity test, resulting in 182.14 mg / tab; solution with 98.28%; content with a percentage of 102.3% and uniformity of content with a percentage of 6.84% (AV); the results obtained were within the values established by the official standard USP 39 and the technical standard of laboratory of origin. It is concluded that Chlorphenamine 4 mg Tablets comply with the specifications set forth by USP 39 and the technical standard of the laboratory of origin |

La muestra estuvo conformada por 5 lotes diferentes de 200 tabletas cada uno, utilizando como técnica de muestreo simple aleatorio, obtenidas de una industria farmacéutica, las cuales fueron entregadas al área de contramuestra para ser derivadas al área de fisicoquímica para su análisis correspondiente. Los resultados que se obtuvieron de los análisis realizados fueron: aspecto, tableta de forma redonda con ranura central en uno de sus lados. Color anaranjado con puntuaciones blanquecinas y de color anaranjado más intenso; para el ensayo de uniformidad de masa, teniendo como resultado 182,14 mg/tab.; disolución con un porcentaje de 98,228%; contenido con un porcentaje de 102,3% y uniformidad de contenido con un porcentaje de 6,84% (AV); los resultados obtenidos estuvieron dentro de los valores establecidos por la norma oficial USP 39 y la norma técnica de laboratorio de origen.
