Sumario:The general objective of this research was to determine how Labor Social Responsibility influences the satisfaction of the employees of the contact center of the Banco de Credito del Perú - Trujillo: 2018, for which a survey specifically aimed at the employees of Banco de Crédito del Perú. The research work was complemented with topics on theories on labor social responsibility, working conditions, job satisfaction, organizational climate, salary, motivation, work stress, job performance, among others. The selected sample consisted of one hundred and seventeen collaborators working in that financial institution. According to the results, it was concluded that Labor Social Responsibility is not positively influencing employee satisfaction because it is not well applied in the management of the company, the possibility of work and personal development at work generates negativity because it does not they feel adequately stimulated or motivated affirming that they do not receive enough incentives, the physical conditions of the work environment are good and appropriate to carry out an adequate and safe work, the economic compensation produces dissatisfaction among the employees since they do not consider that the company is giving back to their effort. Finally, some guidelines are recommended to improve working conditions and therefore Labor Social Responsibility, which should be considered as an essential factor to increase the satisfaction and wellbeing of employees, which will allow the company to improve its management in the medium and long term.
