This study, entitled "Impact of Microfinance in the level of employment in Province of Trujillo" seeks to determine the importance of financial intermediation sector addressed to MSE (Micro and Small Enterprises) in view of a positive impact on economic development provincial, that by looking at how to increase the level of employment in it. To this end employment will be the benchmark that we can measure economic improvement. Throughout the different chapters there will be an account of how MSBs have evolved in our province, compared to information at regional and national, are also determined changes in the level of employment in the province, trying to relate these results to the importance acquired by the MSEs in Peru in terms of employment generation. While the growth of our economy depends on multiple internal and external factors, the lack of an industrialized economy like that of the great world powers and the increase in informal sector, has caused the emergence of the MSEs acquire special importance in Peru's economy. The emergence of microfinance and its dynamic development from the nineties arise from the importance acquired by the MSEs. This study aimed to determine how the banking of MSEs efficiently contribute to a more sustainable development of the economy and to contribute to the process of formalization of micro Enterprises and hence the generation of formal employment. To meet the targets identified in this study used a methodology that will determine the time relationship between the degree of intermediation and banking of MSBs and employment growth in this sector. The expected result is to establish that microfinance in the province have a significant impact on increasing employment and promoting the development and formalization of MSEs and these in turn contribute to the economy to generate more employment.
