Hay muchas condiciones que impiden el buen funcionamiento de las Escuelas de Arte; una de ellas es que no cuentan con un marco legal apropiado. A esto debemos añadir los graves problemas de infraestructura y equipamiento. Frente a esta problemática, con la presente investigación y propuesta, se espera cumplir con los requisitos básicos y adecuados para el buen rendimiento de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Música y Artes Escénicas ubicada en el distrito de San Borja, Lima – Perú. El terreno sobre el cual se asentará cuenta con tres frentes ; Av. José Gálvez Barrenechea, Av. Malachowsky y Calle Emilio Harth Terre. Además cuenta con vías importantes como Aviación y Angamos. La propuesta arquitectónica será una institución de formación profesional integral e inclusiva que cubra las necesidades de los participantes en todos los aspectos: funcionales; ambientales, lumínicos – acústicos, etc.

There are many conditions that impede the proper functioning of Art Schools; one of them is that they don´t have an appropriate legal framework. To this we must add the serious infrastructure and equipment problems. Faced with this problem, the present research and proposal is expected to meet the basic and adequate requirements for the proper functioning of the Escuela Nacional Superior de Música y Artes Escénicas located in the district of San Borja, Lima - Peru. The land on which the school will be located has three fronts: José Gálvez Barrenechea Avenue, Malachowsky Avenue and Emilio Harth Terre Street. It also has important roads such as Aviación and Angamos.
