El objetivo principal es brindar una infraestructura donde se cuente con los ambientes necesarios para una adecuada práctica del deporte calificado permitiendo un proyecto de infraestructura y equipamiento que favorecerá a los futuros deportistas con talento y calificados en mención. Además, la ubicación del proyecto y las características geográficas del distrito de Chosica el cual cuenta con un agradable clima durante todo el año, además su ubicación estratégica a la población del Perú, para captar, formar y desarrollar deportistas calificados de voleibol y atletismo.
