Los datos recopilados mediante el cuestionario fueron procesados en la plataforma SPSS, facilitando la elaboración de representaciones gráficas y tabulares estadísticas. Se examinó la distribución normal de la información, permitiendo seleccionar el estadígrafo apropiado para determinar la correlación entre componentes independientes y dependientes. El análisis evidenció una vinculación significativa entre ambas dimensiones investigativas, respaldada por los resultados del procedimiento chi-cuadrado. La evaluación de confiabilidad mediante Alpha de Cronbach alcanzó 80.9% con 24 interrogantes aplicadas a 114 participantes, demostrando fiabilidad satisfactoria que confirma la coherencia de las preguntas y su capacidad para medir efectivamente los constructos estudiados. Estos hallazgos validan la idoneidad instrumental para futuras aplicaciones investigativas.

This research was conducted using a practical approach, implementing Cronbach's alpha coefficient to assess instrumental consistency. The data collected through the questionnaire were processed using the SPSS platform, facilitating the creation of graphic and tabular statistical representations. The normal distribution of the data was examined, allowing the selection of the appropriate statistics to determine the correlation between independent and dependent components. The analysis showed a significant link between both research dimensions, supported by the results of the chi-square procedure. The reliability assessment using Cronbach's alpha reached 80.9% with 24 questions administered to 114 participants, demonstrating satisfactory reliability that confirms the coherence of the questions and their ability to effectively measure the constructs studied.
