El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que sin duda, ejercer la labor de docente demanda tener un dominio técnico, didáctico, académico, pedagógico, entre otros factores cuando se trata de diseñar y planificar el fundamento teórico de la programación curricular anual. Muchas veces, el material o documentos oficiales no son prácticos y tienen vacíos en sus guías, que obligan al docente a procurar a consultar a diversas fuentes nacionales o foráneas. Resulta básico, elemental y prioritario para el trabajo en aula que el docente diseñe su Programación curricular anual. Por ser una herramienta o documento pedagógico y didáctico, resulta importante porque ahí se distribuirán los conocimientos que se debe desarrollar en el año lectivo, elaborando unidades didácticas que serán organizadas por bimestres. Las unidades de aprendizaje es otro documento importante en la labor docente en el aula porque este debe estructurarse globalmente para que facilite el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, pero debe ser diseñado coherentemente, que se convertirá durante los semestres de trabajo en el eje integrador, aportándole consistencia y significatividad y ser un conjunto de competencias evaluables y certificables. Las sesiones de aprendizaje son otro importante documento pedagógico y didáctico de valiosa ayuda al docente. Por ser una herramienta documental, potencia el trabajo del maestro y en cuyo desarrollo interactúan los discentes porque son ellos quienes deben adquirir los conocimientos, además de pensar. |

Many times, the material or official documents are not practical and have gaps in their guides, which force the teacher to seek to consult various national or foreign sources. It is basic, elemental and a priority for classroom work that the teacher designs his annual curricular programming. Because it is a pedagogical and didactic tool or document, it is important because the knowledge that must be developed in the school year will be distributed there, preparing didactic units that will be organized by bimesters. The learning units is another important document in the teaching work in the classroom because it must be structured globally to facilitate the teaching-learning process, but it must be coherently designed, which will become the integrating axis during the semesters of work, providing consistency. and significance and be a set of evaluable and certifiable competencies. The learning sessions are another important pedagogical and didactic document of valuable help to the teacher.
