The present study had as general objective to determine the relationship between the ethical attitude and work performance in teachers of the Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Joaquín Reátegui Medina de Nauta, 2021; which was handled under a non-experimental design, of a descriptive correlational type, for this, 49 teachers were taken as a sample, the survey was used as a data collection technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, so the work concludes that, There is a significant and considerable relationship between the ethical attitude and work performance in the teachers of said institute with a significance of 0.000 and a relation of 0.850. Likewise, it has been determined that the exercise of teaching and work performance has a significant and considerable relationship, a decision that has been contrasted by a significance of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.751. Similarly, it was determined that interpersonal relationships are significantly and considerably related to job performance with a significance of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.773. Finally, it has been determined that ethical behavior is significantly related to job performance, a decision that has been contrasted by a significance of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.807, which is positively considerable.
