description The objective was to determine the effect of MindMaster software in the design of the Ishikawa diagram with students of Social Sciences, developed through an experimental methodology of quasi-experimental type with two groups, one experimental and one control, where we sought to find the effect of MindMaster software in the design of the Ishikawa diagram, variables that were studied in a population of 186 students of the Social Sciences career of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities - UNAP, being the non-probabilistic intentional sample where all the students of 4th level were chosen, which were 46 students to whom the technique of the survey and the direct observation were applied, applying a questionnaire and a data collection sheet, arriving at the following results: with non-parametric statistical test of U-Mann Whitney, it was observed that the values of bilateral significance were greater than 5%, this shows that the results of the students in the experimental and control groups at the beginning of the experiment are equal in relation to the design of the Ishikawa diagram, which indicates that the groups are equivalent in the pre-test and then in the result of the non-parametric statistical test of U-Mann Whitney, it could be seen that the values of the bilateral significance were less than 5%,this shows that the results of the students in the experimental and control groups at the end of the experiment are different with respect to the design of the Ishikawa diagram, so it is affirmed that the results were significant; reaching the conclusion that the application of MindMaster software improves the design of the Ishikawa diagram in students of Social Sciences of the FCEH - UNAP.

reaching the conclusion that the application of MindMaster software improves the design of the Ishikawa diagram in students of Social Sciences of the FCEH - UNAP.Se tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto del software MindMaster, en el diseño del diagrama de Ishikawa con estudiantes de Ciencias sociales, desarrollado mediante una metodología experimental de tipo cuasi experimental con dos grupos, uno experimental y otro de control, donde se determino el efecto del software MindMaster, en el diseño del diagrama de Ishikawa, variables que fueron estudiadas en una población de 186 estudiantes de la carrera de Ciencias sociales de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación y Humanidades – UNAP, siendo la muestra no probabilística intencionada donde se escogió a todos los estudiantes de 4º nivel, los cuales fueron 46 estudiantes a quienes se le aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y la observación directa, aplicando un cuestionario y una hoja de recolección de datos, llegando a los siguientes resultados: con prueba estadística no paramétrica de U-Mann Whitney, se observó que los valores de la significancia bilateral fueron mayores al 5%, esto demuestra que los resultados de los estudiantes en el grupo experimental y control al inicio del experimento son iguales en lo referente al diseño del diagrama de Ishikawa, lo que indica que los grupos son equivalentes en el pre-test y luego en el resultado de la prueba estadística no paramétrica de U-Mann Whitney, se pudo apreciar que los valores de la significancia bilateral fueron menores a 5%, esto demuestra que los resultados de los estudiantes en el grupo experimental y control al final del experimento son diferentes en lo referente al diseño del diagrama de Ishikawa, por lo que se afirma que los resultados fueron significativos; llegando a la conclusión que la aplicación del software MindMaster mejora el diseño del diagrama de Ishikawa en estudiantes de Ciencias sociales de la FCEH – UNAP.O objetivo foi determinar o efeito do software MindMaster no desenho do diagrama de Ishikawa com estudantes de ciências sociais, desenvolvido através de uma metodologia experimental quase-experimental com dois grupos, um experimental e um grupo de controle, onde o objetivo era encontrar o efeito do software MindMaster no desenho do diagrama de Ishikawa, variáveis que foram estudadas em uma população de 186 alunos da carreira de Ciências Sociais da Faculdade de Educação Ciências e Humanidades - UNAP, sendo a amostra intencional não probabilística onde foram escolhidos todos os alunos do 4º ano, que foram 46 alunos aos quais foi aplicada a técnica da pesquisa e a observação direta, aplicando um questionário e uma folha de coleta de dados, chegando aos seguintes resultados: Com o teste estatístico não paramétrico de U-Mann Whitney, observou-se que os valores de significância bilateral foram superiores a 5%, Isso mostra que os resultados dos alunos dos grupos experimental e de controle no início do experimento são os mesmos em relação ao desenho do diagrama de Ishikawa, o que indica que os grupos são equivalentes no pré teste e, em seguida, no resultado do teste estatístico não paramétrico de U Mann Whitney, pode-se observar que os valores de significância bilateral foram inferiores a 5%, o que mostra que os resultados dos alunos dos grupos experimental e de controle no final do experimento são diferentes em relação ao desenho do diagrama de Ishikawa, portanto, afirma-se que os resultados foram significativos;
