Sumario:An investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between managerial leadership and educational management at the Public Technological Higher Education Institute Joaquín Reategui Medina Nauta 2022. The study was descriptive and correlational with a non experimental design. The study population was made up of 93 people, to carry out a survey accompanied by a questionnaire to collect data. The results obtained show that managerial leadership is rated as regular by 29%; For its part, educational management is considered regular by 29%. Therefore, it is determined that there is a significant and positive correlation between the variables, corroborated by a coefficient of 0.761 and a sig of 0.000. Likewise, the democratic leadership dimension presents a coefficient and a sig of (r=0.784; p=0.000); Also, autocratic leadership has a coefficient and sig of (r=0.761; p=0.000); transformational leadership shows a coefficient and sig of (r=0.815; p=0.000); and strategic leadership a coefficient and a sig of (r=0.702; p=0.000), all these dimensions are significantly and positively related to educational management at the Joaquín Reategui Medina Nauta 2022 Public Technological Higher Education institute.
