Relations in every workplace is important because having good relationships between collaborators allows achieving institutional objectives without much difficulty. The objective of this research is to determine the determining factors in interpersonal relationships in the collaborators of the company Peru Investments and Services E.I.R. L Iquitos November 2021; the work is of a descriptive level with a quantitative approach of non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the sample was made up of 32 collaborators. The results show that interpersonal relationships in the communication, communication, attitudes and treatment dimensions have a higher frequency in always and almost always with 93.9% and the lowest frequency with 1.5% is in almost never. In addition, they are at a high level of interpersonal relationships in their three dimensions.
