Sumario: | The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between organisational commitment and work procrastination among employees of the company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024. The study was a basic, quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample for the current study was 48 workers. In the results, it was observed that 38.8% stated that they were in total agreement with the organisational commitment; likewise, 38.8% stated that work procrastination in the employees of the company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024 occurs very frequently. It was concluded that there is a direct relationship between organisational commitment and work procrastination of the employees of the company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024 by its significance level of 0.000 company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024 by its significance level of 0.000 (<0.05); this indicates that as organisational commitment decreases, the tendency to procrastinate in work tasks increases. The results show that employees with a greater sense of belonging, identification with the company's values and intrinsic motivation have lower levels of procrastination in their daily activities. |
