Sumario:The purpose of this final report was to determine the relationship between job performance and productivity of workers of the Regional Government of Alto Amazonas Yurimaguas 2024. The research was developed under a basic approach, descriptive-correlational level with a non-experimental design. Opting for a population of 90 workers to whom a questionnaire was used to collect information and data. The results show that the job performance of employees is regular (24%) this is because they almost never have clear goals and expectations that are expected of their job performance; they almost never receive the necessary support from management to fulfill their responsibilities; and sometimes they feel competent to solve work problems that arise in their day to day. For their part, the productivity of employees is regular (24%) because they almost never complete their tasks within the stipulated time; as well as almost never meet the objectives set by their superior; but, even if not requested, sometimes they provide more time than required at work. Spearman's Rho correlation analysis revealed a moderate and highly significant positive correlation between several factors and workers' productivity. Specifically, job performance is found to have a correlation coefficient of 0.625, motivation a coefficient of 0.540, work environment 0.541, and workers' ability 0.576, all with a p-value of 0.000.
