Departamento Académico de Manejo Pesquero y Medio AmbienteEl presente trabajo desarrolla un análisis temporal de los parámetros establecidos en los efluentes de un establecimiento industrial pesquero destinado al procesamiento de recursos para consumo humano directo en la línea de congelado durante el periodo 2019 al 2022, su cumplimiento con la normatividad pesquera frente a los Límites Máximos Permisibles (LMP) y su impacto en los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) del cuerpo marino receptor. De los resultados obtenidos, se determinó el cumplimiento satisfactorio de acuerdo al D.S. N° 010-2018-MINAM para los parámetros Aceites y grasas (AyG), Sólidos Suspendidos Totales (SST) y pH en el efluente y sobre la evaluación de los ECA (D.S. N° 004-2017-MINAM) en el cuerpo receptor marino en cuatro puntos de monitoreo se determinó el cumplimiento en los parámetros Aceites y grasas (AyG), Coliformes Termotolerantes, Demanda bioquímica de Oxígeno (DBO5), Sólidos Suspendidos Totales (SST) y Oxígeno Disuelto (O.D.), excepto el parámetro pH que se obtuvieron valores por debajo del rango de los ECAs establecidos según la norma vigente para la Categoría 2: Subcategoría 3 . Además, se realizó la descripción del sistema de tratamiento de efluentes en el EIP.The present work develops a temporary analysis of the parameters established in the effluents of an industrial fishing establishment destined to the processing of resources for direct human consumption in the frozen line during the period 2019 to 2022 and its compliance with the fishing regulations in front of the Limits Maximum Permissible (LMP) and its impact on the Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) of the receiving marine body. From the results obtained, satisfactory compliance was determined according to D.S. N° 010-2018-MINAM for the parameters Oils and fats (AyG), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and pH in the effluent and on the evaluation of the EQS (D.S.
