Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo está enfocado en una planta productiva de explosivos, donde se muestra la importancia de la productividad para lograr los objetivos empresariales, para ello inicialmente deberíamos identificar las causas que acarreaban la baja productividad; por lo cual este trabajo se divide en dos partes, la primera es la implementación de ingeniería de métodos en la planta de Carmex, que tiene una productividad de 174 pza./Hr- h, lo que es bajo en comparación a lo que podría producir realmente. Se pudo identificar que la principal causa que generaba tiempos no productivos eran los traslados que existían en planta, sobre todo el traslado de fijado a conteo, en donde se vio que los 480 minutos laborales por turno, 62 minutos eran solo de traslados en ese punto. La segunda parte de este trabajo se centra en la implementación de celdas flexibles que es una herramienta de lean manufacturing, que permitirá un flujo continuo a nivel de producción; por ende, permitirá un incremento de la productividad.The present work is focused on an explosives production plant, where the importance of productivity is shown to achieve business objectives, for this we should initially identify the causes that led to low productivity; for which this work is divided into two parts, the first is the implementation of method engineering in the Carmex plant, which has a productivity of 174 pza. /Hr-h, which is low compared to what it could produce Really.
