Departamento Académico de Economía y PlanificaciónEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo presentar el impacto de la aplicación del modelo COSO en el saneamiento administrativo de los bienes muebles patrimoniales de la UNALM. El trabajo se realizó en base a una investigación descriptiva no experimental transversal correlacional en la que el autor se desempeñó como asistente administrativo en el Área de Bienes Patrimoniales de la UNALM. Debido a la alta diferencia de S/ 1,611,750.96 en la cuenta contable 1503 - vehículos, maquinarias y otros; y de S/ 89, 200.05 en la cuenta 9105 – bienes no depreciables, reflejados en el acta de conciliación de saldos 2021 entre el Área de bienes patrimoniales y la Unidad de Contabilidad; se aplicó el modelo de control interno COSO y sus 5 componentes que son el ambiente de control, evaluación de riesgos, actividades de control, información y comunicación y monitoreo. Este modelo permitió conocer la situación inicial en el saneamiento administrativo y elaborar propuestas de mejora. Se desarrollaron estrategias de mejora para cada uno de los 5 componentes del modelo COSO, reduciendo la diferencia en la conciliación contable patrimonial 2022 en 10.22%The present professional sufficiency work was developed with the aim of presenting the impact of the application of the COSO model on the administrative reorganization of the patrimonial movable assets of the UNALM. The work was carried out on the basis of a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational descriptive research in which the author worked as administrative assistant in the Area of Patrimonial Assets of the UNALM. Due to the high difference of S/1,611,750.96 in the accounting account 1503 - vehicles, machinery and others; and S/89,200.05 in account 9105 - non-depreciable assets, as reflected in the reconciliation of balances 2021 between the Area of Patrimonial Assets and the Accounting Unit; the COSO internal control model and its 5 components were applied, which are the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring. This model made it possible to determine the initial situation in the administrative reorganization process and to develop proposals for improvement.
