description Objetivo: determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento de las enfermeras y el manejo de la irrigación vesical en pacientes posoperados del Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco de Cusco 2024. Materiales y métodos: el estudio presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población está conformada por 70 enfermeros que laboran en el servicio de cirugía de especialidades del Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco de Cusco, a quienes se aplicará un muestreo censal. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta, y el instrumento, un cuestionario estructurado validado por juicio de expertos y con confiabilidad determinada mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. El cuestionario comprende 10 ítems. Resultados: los resultados se presentarán en tablas y gráficos estadísticos, mostrando la distribución de niveles de conocimiento y su relación con la práctica del manejo de irrigación vesical. Conclusiones: la investigación brindará información objetiva sobre el nivel de conocimiento del personal de enfermería y su influencia en la correcta práctica del manejo de la irrigación vesical en pacientes posoperados, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la capacitación continua.

The population consists of 70 nurses working in the specialty surgery service of the Adolfo Guevara Velasco National Hospital in Cusco, who are subject to a census sample. The technique used will be the survey, and the instrument, a structured questionnaire validated by expert judgment and with reliability determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The questionnaire consists of 10 items. Results: the results will be presented in tables and statistical graphs, showing the distribution of knowledge levels and their relationship with the practice of bladder irrigation management.
