Materiales y métodos: investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño no experimental, transversal”. la población y muestra estuvo compuesta por 64 trabajadores de limpieza de la empresa SUPERLIMP, y se utilizó como instrumento la escala de Maslach (MBI). Resultados: se demostró que de 64 trabajadores, el 54,7% presentan burnout moderado, el 25,0% muestra burnout alto, mientras que el 20,3% burnout bajo. En el agotamiento emocional, predominó el alto nivel con 40,6%, con 37,5% el nivel moderado, y el 21,9% con bajo nivel. Para el componente Despersonalización, predominó un 40,6% del nivel moderado, el 31,3% con un nivel bajo y un 28,1% con alto nivel. Según el componente Realización personal, el burnout es moderado en un 51,6%, y 26,6% con bajo nivel y el 21,9% con alto burnout. Conclusiones: en los trabajadores de la empresa SUPERLIMP, se identificó que el síndrome de burnout se presenta mayormente en un nivel moderado y alto.

Materials and methods: a study with a quantitative, descriptive approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 64 cleaning workers of the SUPERLIMP company, and the Maslach scale (MBI) was used as an instrument. Results: it was shown that out of 64 workers, 54.7% presented burnout syndrome at a medium level, 25.0% showed high burnout, while 20.3% showed low burnout. In emotional exhaustion, the high level predominated with 40.6%, with 37.5% at a moderate level, and 21.9% at a low level. For the Depersonalization component, 40.6% of the moderate level predominated, 31.3% with a low level and 28.1% with high level. According to the Personal Accomplishment component, burnout is moderate in 51.6%, and 26.6% with low level and 21.9% with high burnout.
