De igual manera, se ejecutó la marcha fitoquímica, agar en pozos integrada al 30%, 50% y 80% ante ciprofloxacino 5 μg Resultados: el análisis fitoquímico evidenció taninos, antocianinas, flavonoides, compuestos fenólicos, antraquinonas, alcaloides, terpenos y esteroides. Las concentraciones 30%, 50% y 80% de chincho ante S. aureus y S. epidermidis resultaron inferiores ante ciprofloxacino 5 μg (29,0160 y 37,7260 mm). El análisis de ANOVA registró (p<0,05) en confrontación con el grupo comparativo. Conclusión: la solución elaborada con el extracto etanólico de hojas de Tagetes elliptica (Chincho) presentó actividad antibacteriana ante Staphylococcus aureus y Staphylococcus epidermidis.

Materials and methods: experimental and quantitative; population of 20 kg of Tagetes elliptica (Chincho); sample of 3 025.3 g of chincho leaves; 5 petri inoculated with S aureus and S epidermidis were used. Similarly, the phytochemical test was carried out, agar in wells integrated at 30%, 50% and 80% with ciprofloxacin 5 μg Results: phytochemical analysis revealed tannins, anthocyanins, flavonoids, phenolic compounds, anthraquinones, alkaloids, terpenes and steroids. The concentrations of 30%, 50% and 80% of chincho against S. aureus and S. epidermidis were lower than ciprofloxacin 5 μg (29.0160 and 37.7260 mm). The ANOVA analysis recorded (p<0.05) in comparison with the comparative group.
