Conformada por un paciente de 39 años el cual tiene EPOC como diagnóstico. Resultados: se halló que el 90 % de las intervenciones sobre hipertermia se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 90 % de las intervenciones sobre deterioro del intercambio gaseoso se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 90 % de las intervenciones sobre diagnóstico de obesidad se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 80 % de las intervenciones sobre riesgo de estreñimiento se desarrollaron y el 20 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 90 % de las intervenciones sobre riesgo de intolerancia a la actividad se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. Conclusión: las estrategias de enfermería fundamentadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC, además la gran mayoría de las intervenciones (Hipertermia, Deterioro del intercambio gaseoso, Obesidad, e Intolerancia a la actividad) han sido desarrolladas con éxito, alcanzando consistentemente una tasa del 90%.

Materials and methods: a descriptive, non- experimental clinical case study was conducted using instruments such as Marjory Gordon's functional health patterns assessment and the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. The patient was a 39-year-old man diagnosed with COPD. Results: it was found that 90% of the interventions for hyperthermia were implemented, and 10% are still in progress. 90% of the interventions for impaired gas exchange were implemented, and 10% are still in progress. 90% of the interventions for obesity diagnosis were implemented, and 10% are still in progress. 80% of the interventions for constipation risk were implemented, and 20% are still in progress. Ninety percent of the interventions for activity intolerance risk were implemented, and 10% are still in progress.
