description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimientos sobre reanimación cardiopulmonar básico de los alumnos de enfermería del séptimo al décimo semestre de la Universidad Norbert Wiener – Lima, en el año 2024. Materiales y método: se hará un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. Un número de 114 alumnos de enfermería de la Universidad Norbert Wiener conformarán la muestra del presente estudio: 40 del 7mo., 32 del 8vo., 25 del 9no. y 17 del 10mo. semestre respectivamente, los cuales serán determinados por muestreo probabilístico estratificado. El instrumento, que está conformado por 19 ítems, distribuidos en 5 dimensiones, fue diseñado por Gálvez en su investigación sobre conocimientos de reanimación cardiopulmonar básica en personal de enfermería. Resultados: se utilizarán los recursos estadísticos para el análisis de los datos y presentación de los resultados que describan la variable de estudio. Conclusiones: el estudio brindará información útil para promover capacitación sobre RCP a los estudiantes de enfermería de tal manera que puedan actuar de modo más eficiente en futuras atenciones a pacientes con paro cardiorrespiratorio en cumplimiento de su labor profesional.

Materials and method: a study will be carried out with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, descriptive type and crosssectional. A number of 114 nursing students from Norbert Wiener University will make up the sample of this study: 40 from the 7th, 32 from the 8th, 25 from the 9th. and 17 from the 10th. semester respectively, which will be determined by stratified probabilistic sampling. The instrument, which is made up of 19 items, distributed in 5 dimensions, was designed by Gálvez in his research on knowledge of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation in nursing personnel. Results: statistical resources will be used for the analysis of the data and presentation of the results that describe the study variable.
