description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de Síndrome de Burnout en las enfermeras de la UCI de una clínica de Lima, Perú 2024. Materiales y métodos: el estudio realizado fue observacional descriptivo, transversal y de forma cuantitativa en una población de 50 profesionales de enfermería de la UCI de una clínica en la ciudad de Lima. Se utilizó el Cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory para medir el Síndrome de Burnout y sus dimensiones al personal de enfermería que conforma el servicio antes mencionado el personal de salud. Resultados: para realización de este estudio, emplearemos técnicas de estadísticas de análisis de datos para investigaciones cuantitativas, que se basaran en estadística descriptiva y se medirán por medio de correlación de variables; así mismo se utilizaran las técnicas para demostrar la verdad o falsedad de las hipótesis planteadas. Conclusiones: el estudio servirá de apoyo para investigaciones futuras sirviendo de guía para estudios relacionados con el SB y sus dimensiones, como también en la prevención del mismo.

The Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire was used to measure Burnout Syndrome and its dimensions in the nursing staff that make up the aforementioned service, health personnel. Results: To carry out this study, we will use statistical techniques for data analysis for quantitative research, which will be based on descriptive statistics and will be measured through correlation of variables; Likewise, techniques will be used to demonstrate the truth or falsity of the proposed hypotheses.
