Instrumento para variable independiente “clima organizacional” fue desarrollado por Litwin, instrumento para variable dependiente “Satisfacción Laboral” desarrollado por Palma. El instrumento – cuestionario de la variable independiente se refleja en 53 preguntas, mientras que el cuestionario para la variable dependiente detalla en un número de 35 preguntas, distribuidas en 9 y 7 dimensiones para la variable 1 y 2 respectivamente. Resultados: se presentan utilizando la estadística mediante tablas las mismas que se reflejan en las figuras correspondientes a cada Ítem. Conclusiones: aporta meritoria información para las enfermeras, y permite crear acciones de perfeccionamiento.

Results: they are presented using statistics through tables, which are reflected in the figures corresponding to each item.
