description Objetivo: determinar el conocimiento, la actitud y la práctica del personal de los establecimientos farmacéuticos hacia la farmacovigilancia y las reacciones adversas a medicamentos, distrito de Huaraz, Ancash, setiembre 2022. Materiales y métodos: de enfoque cualitativo, se llevó a cabo una encuesta. transversal cara a cara en una muestra de 201 participantes. El cuestionario incluía cuatro secciones. Los datos recogidos se analizaron en SPSS versión 23.0 mediante estadística descriptiva, la prueba de Chi cuadrado para examinar la relación entre las diferentes variables. Un valor de p <0.05 se consideró estadísticamente significativo. Resultados: la mayoría de los encuestados tenían buenos conocimientos sobre el concepto y la finalidad de la farmacovigilancia, así como sobre las reacciones adversas a los medicamentos (51.7%). En cuanto a las actitudes, la mayoría describió tener una actitud positiva hacia su papel en la notificación de reacciones adversas a medicamentos (89.1%). El cuestionario reveló una mala práctica y formación en materia de farmacovigilancia (100%). Conclusiones: en general, el personal de los establecimientos farmacéuticos tenía conocimientos moderado y prácticas deficientes, pero tenían una actitud positiva hacia la farmacovigilancia y las reacciones adversas a medicamentos.
