description Objetivo: determinar la calidad de atención de usuarios atendidos en el servicio de tópico del Centro Materno Infantil Jicamarca - Lurigancho, 2024. Materiales y métodos: se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, de diseño transversal y no experimental, con una muestra de 171 pacientes seleccionados del servicio de tópico. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, aplicada mediante un cuestionario previamente validado para evaluar las dimensiones de la calidad de atención. Resultados: el 42,7% de los usuarios calificaron la calidad de atención como media, el 36,3% como baja y el 21,1% como alta. En cuanto a las dimensiones evaluadas, el 49,1% calificaron la fiabilidad como media, mientras que la capacidad de respuesta fue considerada baja por el 50,9%. Por su parte, la seguridad fue evaluada como media por el 51,5%, al igual que la empatía, que también obtuvo un 51,5% de evaluaciones bajas. Finalmente, en la dimensión de aspectos tangibles, el 47,4% de los usuarios la calificaron como media. Conclusiones: la calidad de atención percibida en el servicio de tópico del Centro Materno Infantil Jicamarca fue predominantemente media y baja, destacándose las deficiencias en las dimensiones de empatía y capacidad de respuesta.

Materials and Methods: a quantitative, cross-sectional, and non- experimental study was conducted with a sample of 171 patients selected from the outpatient service. The technique used was a survey, applied through a previously validated questionnaire to evaluate the dimensions of care quality. Results: among the users, 42.7% rated the quality of care as medium, 36.3% as low, and 21.1% as high. Regarding the evaluated dimensions, 49.1% rated reliability as medium, while 50.9% considered responsiveness to be low. Additionally, 51.5% evaluated safety as medium, and empathy was rated as low by 51.5%. Finally, in the dimension of tangible aspects, 47.4% rated them as medium.
