description Objetivo: el presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal describir el estilo de Vida de los Profesionales de Salud del Servicio Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos e Intermedios COVID-19 del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia – 2022. Materiales y método: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y descriptivo. Los elementos de la muestra estarán constituidos por 80 profesionales de salud (médicos, enfermeras y personal técnico) del Servicio Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos e Intermedios COVID-19, del Hospital Víctor Ramos durante el periodo del segundo semestre del 2022. Para medir la variable estilo de vida se aplicará el cuestionario “FANTASTICO”, el cual consta de 25 ítems que caracteriza los factores físicos, psicológicos y sociales ligadas al estilo de vida. Resultados: serán mostrados mediante tablas simples y figuras o gráficos estadísticos. Asimismo, se empleará las medidas de tendencia central para su respectivo análisis cuantitativo. Conclusiones: la investigación facilitará data relevante y actualizada para contribuir a una mejor adopción del estilo de vida saludable por parte de los profesionales quienes están expuestos a enfermedades severas y una carga laboral intensa y horarios nocturnos
