La muestra se seleccionó mediante un muestreo no probabilístico intencionado de estudios clínicos, ensayos clínicos, ensayos controlados aleatorizados y estudios observacionales con texto completo disponible. La recolección de datos implicó búsquedas en bases como Pubmed, Scopus, Redalyc y Scielo usando estrategias con términos controlados (mesh, decs) y operadores lógicos, selección en dos etapas (título/resumen y texto completo), y síntesis cualitativa en matrices de análisis. No se realizó metaanálisis.

The population consists of scientific studies on hospital pharmaceutical service interventions to improve adherence in patients with chronic diseases, published between 2010 and 2025. The sample was selected through intentional non-probabilistic sampling of clinical studies, clinical trials, randomized controlled trials, and observational studies with full text available. Data collection involved searches in databases such as pubmed, scopus, redalyc, and scielo using strategies with controlled terms (mesh, decs) and logical operators, two-stage selection (title/abstract and full text), and qualitative synthesis in analysis matrices.
